Popis: | 1. 1. Steroids with 5α-configuration failed to inhibit the system even at 25 times the concentration previously used. 2. 2. Pregnanolone and aetiocholanolone glucuronides acted like pregnanediol glucuronide in producing a rise of conjugated bilirubin in the slices. 3. 3. Pregnanolone and aetiocholanolone sulphates were without effect. 4. 4. The effect of 5β-steroids on bile pigment secretion is specific for glucuronides, liver and the rat. |
