Ðа оÑнове анализа внÑÑÑенней и внеÑней ÑÑÐµÐ´Ñ Ð¸Ð½ÑеÑнеÑ-магазина ÐÐЫÐдежда» бÑли его ÑилÑнÑе и ÑлабÑе ÑÑоÑонÑ, а Ñакже возможноÑÑи и ÑгÑозÑ. 3. ÐÑла вÑбÑана ÑÑÑаÑÐµÐ³Ð¸Ñ Ð´Ð»Ñ ÑазвиÑÐ¸Ñ Ð¸ поддеÑÐ¶Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð½ÐºÑÑенÑоÑпоÑобноÑÑи, опÑÐµÐ´ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ½Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑопÑиÑÑÐ¸Ñ Ð¿Ð¾ ее ÑеализаÑии. 4. The purpose of the final qualification work is to develop a strategy for the company LLC âOdezhdaâ, engaged in the online trade in clothing in the city of St. Petersburg. The following tasks were completed in the work: 1. An analysis was made of the state of the e-commerce market in the âclothingâsegment in the Russian Federation and in the city of St. Petersburg. 2. Based on the analysis of the internal and external environment of the online store LLC âOdezhdaâ, there were its strengths and weaknesses, as well as opportunities and threats. 3. A strategy was chosen for the development and maintenance of competitiveness, and measures were identified for its implementation. 4. The calculation of costs for the implementation of the proposed strategy was carried out and the forecast of revenue and profit. The economic efficiency of the strategy is justified.The work is based on the information of LLC âOdezhdaâ. Methods. General scientific research methods were used: content and comparative analysis, the method of analogies, as well as specific research methods, in particular, marketing analysis, SWOT-analysis, BCG matrix and etc. In this work, we have developed a strategy that will help strengthen the company's position in the market, increase turnover. During proposed project, there was an increase in turnover by 10 %, which will allow us to get a net profit of 15.2 %. |
