Ð ÑезÑлÑÑаÑе пÑоведенного иÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ñоведен анализ меÑодик оÑенки ÑеловеÑеÑкого капиÑала, вÑÑÐ²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ñ Ð¸Ñ Ð´Ð¾ÑÑоинÑÑва и недоÑÑаÑки.Ð ÑабоÑе оÑобÑÐ°Ð½Ñ ÐºÐ»ÑÑевÑе кÑиÑеÑии оÑÐµÐ½Ð¸Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ ÑеловеÑеÑкого капиÑала в инÑеÑеÑÐ°Ñ Ð¸Ð½Ð½Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ñионного ÑазвиÑÐ¸Ñ Ð¿ÑедпÑиÑÑий ÐÐÐ, пÑедложена Ð¸Ñ ÐºÐ»Ð°ÑÑиÑикаÑиÑ. ÐÑедложен маÑÑиÑнÑй инÑÑÑÑÐ¼ÐµÐ½Ñ Ð¸Ð½ÑеÑпÑеÑаÑии ÑезÑлÑÑаÑов оÑенки, а Ñакже Ð´Ð°Ð½Ñ ÑиповÑе ÑекомендаÑии по меÑодам повÑÑÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸Ð½Ð½Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ñионного поÑенÑиала. ÐÑоведенное иÑÑледование Ð¼Ð¾Ð¶ÐµÑ Ð±ÑÑÑ Ð¾ÑиенÑиÑовано на вÑÑÑий Ð¼ÐµÐ½ÐµÐ´Ð¶Ð¼ÐµÐ½Ñ ÐºÐ°Ðº ÑамоÑÑоÑÑелÑнÑÑ Ð¾ÑганизаÑий ÐÐÐ, Ñак и дÑÑÐ³Ð¸Ñ Ð¾ÑганизаÑионнÑÑ ÑÑÑÑкÑÑÑ. Ð ÑÑом заклÑÑаеÑÑÑ Ð¿ÑакÑиÑеÑÐºÐ°Ñ Ð·Ð½Ð°ÑимоÑÑÑ Ð²ÑпÑÑкной квалиÑикаÑионной ÑабоÑÑ Ð¼Ð°Ð³Ð¸ÑÑÑа. The object of the investigation is the innovative development of defense enterprises. The subject of the study is human capital as a factor of innovative potential of defense industry. The aim of the work is to develop evaluation tool for assessing an innovative potential of defense industry enterprises. This tool has to be based on key factor of human capital â the level of development.In this work, an analysis of methods of human capital assessing, was carried out. The advantages and disadvantages of methods were identified. The key criteria of human capital assessing for innovative development of defense industry enterprises were selected. The criteria classification is proposed. The model of enterprise innovative potential assessing, based on a level of human capital development, has been developed. A matrix tool for interpreting the results of the assessment is proposed, as well as standard recommendations are given on methods for increasing the innovative potential. The present investigation can be focused on the top management of both defense enterprises and other structures. This is the practical significance of the final qualifying work of the master. |
