Popis: 1. The high-temperature condensation of tetrachloroethylene with methanol is initiated by polychloroorganic and carbonyl compounds. 2. The addition of initiators and an optimization of the process make it possible to lower the reaction temperature by 100° and obtain the same yield of trichloroallyl alcohol, decrease the molar ratio of the reactants by half, and increase the output of the reactor by 25–30%. 3. The use of an inert packing reduces the losses of tetrachloroethylene for tar formation by a matter of 2–3 times.
