The subject of the graduate qualification work is «Provision and expertise the quality of watches, improving them assortment in retail commercial enterprise».This work is devoted to the evaluation of consumer properties of watches and the development of proposals for improving its range in a retail outlet. Tasks that were solved during the research:1. Consider the factors that ensure the quality of wristwatches and determine the requirements for them.2. To conduct an examination of the quality of wristwatches from different manufacturers, with justification for the selection of samples and research methods.3. Develop recommendations on the choice of wristwatches for consumers and commercial enterprises based on the analysis of the results of sample studies.4. To study the state of the modern wristwatch market, analyze the assortment of a trading company and develop proposals for its improvement.The research was carried out on the basis of the laboratory of examination of consumer goods of the Higher School of Economics. The paper uses standard and generally recognized methods in commodity science for determining the size-mass, physico-mechanical and physico-chemical indicators of the quality of wristwatches.As a result, it was found that sample No. 1 (art.MTP-1222A-1AVEF) of Japanese production is characterized by the highest quality indicators, having the highest accuracy of the daily course, the level of water protection and the hardness of the protective and decorative coating of the watch case.The analysis of the assortment showed that in the online store 12chasov.ru a fairly wide range of wristwatches is presented, but the assortment of the online store has no restrictions, which is why the main recommendation is to expand the assortment by increasing the number of brands presented. |
