Popis: | Reduced systolic and diastolic calcium levels in cardiomyocytes from NKA-α2 transgenic mice minimize the desensitization of the β-adrenergic signaling system. These effects result in an improved β-adrenergic reserve and prevent functional deterioration and cardiac remodeling. |
