Abstrakt:	The study aims to synthesize new derivatives of trimethoprim in two steps: the first step contains synthesis of Schiff bases using (4-hydroxybenzaldehyde, Furfural, and acetophenone) in which reaction with anthranilic acid in the second step to produce the desired compounds. The novel compounds were studied utilizing FTIR and 1H NMR spectra. Study outcomes demonstrated that the synthesized compound possesses significant anti-bacterial activity.
