Abstrakt:	The study aims to synthesize new derivatives of trimethoprim in two steps: the first step contains synthesis of Schiff bases using (4-hydroxybenzaldehyde, Furfural, and acetophenone) in which reaction with anthranilic acid in the second step to produce the desired compounds. The novel compounds were studied utilizing FTIR and 1H-NMR spectra. Study outcomes demonstrated that the synthesized compound possesses significant anti-bacterial activity.
