Abstrakt: |
The article presents a case study which describes the strategic planning process employed by the Purdue Extended Campus (PEC) in Indiana for 2009-2014. It differentiates the plan from the way the university conducted it in 2002 where top-level administrators controlled the process without the participation of clients and stakeholders. It explains the importance of transparency, accountability and measurability in implementing a successful strategic planning process. |
