Abstrakt: | The article discusses the health aspects of serving and eating home-cooked meals. Clinical dietitian Carrie Smith at the University of Cincinnati in Ohio said that individuals have not spent much time buy for ingredients and/or preparing their own meals since they are likely to eat ready-made product that could have salt and fat. Registered dietitian Allison Rueff at the Christ Hospital adds that eating ready-made products as one of the reasons why the earlier generations have heart diseases. |
