Abstrakt: The purpose of this article is to provide an overview of the recent developments in redefining attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), to present a summary of recent articles regarding assessment instruments and procedures, and to discuss some of the complex issues related to the assessment of ADHD in children and youth.
