| Abstrakt: |
The article focuses on the new insights into estrogen receptor modulation by synthetic anti-estrogens and coregulatory proteins and discuss the molecular concept of anti-estrogen signaling. It discusses the roles of ERα and ERβ in mediating growth and morphogenesis. It is suggested that an understanding of the multifaceted estrogen receptor signaling is important from a preclinical and clinical perspective. |
