A recent study conducted at Jouf University in Saudi Arabia examined the self-efficacy and anxiety levels of learning disabilities teachers in relation to data-driven decision-making practices. The research involved surveying 309 teachers and conducting in-depth interviews with five participants. The study found that teachers exhibited high levels of self-efficacy and minimal anxiety when using data-driven decision-making, but identified challenges such as inadequate technology systems and resistance to change.
