A recent study conducted by Harvard University T.H. Chan School of Public Health examined the associations between well-being and work outcomes among US employees. The study found that higher levels of well-being in various domains, such as emotional health and social connectedness, were associated with reduced work distraction and increased job satisfaction. The researchers suggest that organizations should take a multidimensional approach to support the well-being of their employees. The full study can be accessed for free online.
