Reform efforts in the Czech and Slovak Communist Parties and their successors, 1988-1993 /
It is shown that the Czechoslovakian and Slovakian Communist Parties were not nearly as uniformly minded or as stagnant as they were assumed to be at the time of the Nov 1989 Velvet Revolution. Grzymala-Busse examines the various party reform efforts and platforms and what came of them.
