Employment relations in South Africa have had many seasons, and yet one element remains constant: employee dissatisfaction. The South African employee has fought hard for the legislation that we now see in place and yet the dissatisfaction continues to mount. Dr. Gobind has 10 years of lecturing, consulting and research experience. She currently lectures in the Department of Industrial Psychology and People Management at the University of Johannesburg. Her areas of research include HIV/AIDS in the workplace, employment relations, women in the workplace, programme monitoring and evaluation. |
