This article discusses the Documentation Centre of Books for Disabled Young People of the Swiss-based nonprofit International Board on Books for Young People (IBBY). The project has been represented at the Bologna Book Fair in Italy since 2002 and has exhibited books from many different countries. As of 2013, professional librarian Heidi Cortner Boiesen is its new director. A brief history of the project is included. |
