Abstrakt: The article presents a case study of the information literacy assessment used by Savage Library at Western State College of Colorado (WSC), particularly noting its use of collaboration between library and academic staff to incorporate information literacy into the sophomore year curriculum. It addresses the teaching of information literacy content in college writing courses, faculty perspectives of the embedded curriculum, and issues with random selection of students for the assessment.
