Abstrakt: An interview with library student Ana Paula Hirata Tanaka (APHT), librarian Gustavo Grandal Montero (GGM), and special collections librarian Erica Foden-Lenahan (EFL) is presented. They discuss the conservation of 20th- and 21st-century artist's books. Details related to APHT's conservation of a copy of the book "Xerox Book" are presented. The ethical aspects of removing the book's library binding and the relationship between librarians and conservators are also discussed.
