Abstrakt: The article discusses the growing number of reviews and reviewers in the Internet. The aim of online reviews is to influence the buying behavior and purchasing decisions of computer users and shoppers. The number of customer-generated reviews and online shopping venues continues to grow since 2007. Information on the key players in online reviews, the power and influence of online reviews, their disadvantages and ways to know false reviews is provided.
