The article focuses on the nanotechnology patent of nanotechnology-related products. The authors mention that the development of the products and their commercial viability in the marketplace will be hampered be hampered without the market exclusivity offered by a U.S. patent. They also explore the role of patents to the nanotechnology revolution and the significance of patent to a start-up. |
