The article offers information on the online retrospective cataloguing of the records at the library of the Gonville and Caius College in Cambridge, England. It is mentioned that the project targeted the cataloguing of around 26,000 printed books. The author informs on the guardbook catalogue system which is equivalent to card catalogue, initially used by the library. It is mentioned that the project helped in increasing the status of the college as well as the library. |
