Abstrakt: The article assesses the state of information literacy and its impact on law students at the University of Botswana. Data concerning the information literacy course provided by the university library was gathered through a questionnaire answered by 362 law students. Results reveal that law students have insufficient legal research skills in using the library despite the course and use of electronic resources.
