Abstrakt: The article discusses surveys with regard to the satisfaction of users form library collections and services. These surveys, accordingly, helped librarians identify what sections need to be improved, or where resources must be directed. It states that survey designs may vary on the targeted audiences and drafting questions is one of its difficult processes. Moreover, it provides an outline on how to conduct a successful user survey, from designing, tabulations, through administration.
