| Abstrakt: |
The article discusses actions to be taken in the event of a copyright infringement. It suggests to simply do nothing about the infringement, especially if the infringer is in a foreign country with rampant infringement or using a small web site with little traffic. It proposes requesting credit over a legal suit. It also recommends filing a lawsuit, reminding to consider copyright registration and the benefit of registering with the U.S. copyright office. |
