The article discusses the importance of collection policy and mission of Archives New Zealand to preserve the significant information which was kept at the Auckland Regional Office of Archives New Zealand. The author emphasized the implications of security systems for the sustainable environment of public records in the country's population, infrastructure, land ownership, culture and economy. It states that conservation of storage containers are highly considered with the archivists to equip the materials in safety whatever possible incidents happened. Information on the usage of digital transformation strategies for the development of physical archives and catalogs is also discussed. |
