Abstrakt:	The article focuses on the increasing number of subscribers from around the world who use wireless-enabled devices to access the Internet. According to the study Wireless Internet Use, conducted by researchers of the Pew Internet & American Life Project, almost one-third of U.S. people accessed web-based information and sent instant messages using their cellular phones. The international nonprofit organization New Media Consortium (NMC) introduced the Horizon Project in March 2002 to increase the understanding of people on web resources.
