Abstrakt: The article offers information on the student vox pop video which was produced to be part of the Society of College, National and University Libraries (SCONUL) 2009 conference in Bournemouth, England. The filming, headed by a team from Southampton Solent University, was created to present views of students from six universities on library services. It states that the students participating in the video were interviewed and were given five questions related to how they search for information when studying. The vox pop reveals that most students prefer the internet as a means to access information, which in turn posed a threat to libraries. With this, it suggests the need for libraries to adopt technological advances to bring back its role as a good source of information.
