The article discusses the highlights of the centennial anniversary of the Special Libraries Association (SLA) that took place in June 2009 in Washington, D.C. The conference's keynote address was given by former U.S. Secretary of State Colin Powell, who introduced computers and broadband Internet to the State Department and described his experience with information and leadership. Exhibitors totaled 299, which included ERIC, B-Logistics and TRAK Records and Library. |
