Abstrakt: |
The article focuses on the study on the transfer of tacit knowledge among staff in a high employee turnover engineering firm. It examines the challenges that an organization's knowledge management system (KMS) may encounter and the suggested success model that will help improve organizational or process performance. It notes that promoting an organizational knowledge sharing designed to nurture the process of learning is a defining aspect in a successful KMS. However, it is also important to take into consideration how individuals/groups feel about the knowledge sharing process. Results reveal that KM is essential in producing long-term sustainable competitive advantage in any organization. |
