| Abstrakt: |
The article discusses the global environmental law and its concept under the Indian legal system. It provides an outline of the topics discussed including the International Environmental Law, Indian Environmental Statue-law and policy, and the role of the Supreme Court of the Indian Environmental Jurisprudence. It identifies the problems and challenges in implementing these laws including the failure by authorities to perform their statutory roles, lack of provision of funds and infrastructure to authorities by the state, and runaway urbanization. |
