This article reports on the Institutional Web Management Workshop 2008, where the integration of Web 2.0 applications into educational websites was debated. David Hyett, Head of Information & Records Management at the British Antarctic Survey, pointed out the usefulness of blogs but generally voiced skepticism regarding Web 2.0 innovations. Blogger Brian Kelly believes institutions should embrace the new technology. |
