The article presents a report on seminars which were held on April 17, 2008 in Cergy, France. The main topics discussed were the changes brought by digital development in the field of cinema and video, and their impact on libraries' activity. Other themes in the article are the on demand video market and its success in France, the emergence of websites like Dailymotion or YouTube, and the evolution of the occupation of librarians because of the digital revolution. |
