| Abstrakt: |
The authors relate the establishment of a professional learning community at Agnes Macphail School in Scarborough, Ontario in the school year of 2005-2006. They state that such community helped to foster an environment that promoted team planning and teaching. They also stress the importance of channels of communication to their journey towards professional learning community. They claim that their objective of vertical integration and common language in the school is emerging. |
