The article focuses on professional development options for library personnel in Baden-Württemberg, Germany including cooperative counseling. Results of the meetings between colleagues have shown increased productivity, streamlining procedures and reorganization. The author focuses on how cooperative meetings can be used for an instrument of quality management. |
