| Abstrakt: |
The article reports on the significance of semantic web. The virtue of semantic web with respect o scientific research is exhibited in different views encompassing collective knowledge acquisition, scientific workflow management and composition, and integrative knowledge discovery and data mining. It stresses that semantic web researchers should have to focus on formal aspects of logic languages or general-purpose semantic application development. Accordingly, advances in e-science infrastructure and e-science technologies and related knowledge-based approaches have called for increased interactions among disparate communities. |
