| Abstrakt: |
The article offers information on the Identical Book project carried out by the British Library (BL) in London, England. The project was started in October 2006 which aims to conduct research and development on the resources necessary for conservation procedures. It also conforms with the existing European Union (EU) research institutes which also strengthen the relationship and assist in the development of new initiatives for the advancement of conservation. The research plan carried out by BL in the selection of the books is also presented, including selection method, condition evaluates, measurements, volatile organic chemicals, capacity building and environmental conditions. |
