Abstrakt: The article explores the use of digital video technologies in libraries, which can be provided through Internet-related services, products and equipment. These technologies can help in several ways. First, single computers provide computing capability and Internet access to individual users. Second, wired and wireless access points enable users to bring their own computers into the library. Third, groups of people can gather around a single computer for viewing of movies, music videos, games, breaking news, and more. Content would come from a huge storehouse, from sports games and highlights to news headlines and features, children's programming, music videos, independent films and comedy shows, and video downloads.
