| Abstrakt: |
The article discusses the concepts on how to design flexible instructions for effective learning of students. Teachers and principals are encouraged to use the universal design for learning (UDL) as the framework that could reach and teach students within the general education setting. To build a strong framework for flexible pedagogy, principals need should base it on collaboration among the teachers, up-front planning for instruction and the use of technology in preparation and instruction.
