| Abstrakt: |
The article focuses on the effort of the People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Chinese Communist Party to eliminate the group known as Falun Gong. The crackdown of the group has sparked international controversies, provoking criticism against the PRC as new allegations of human rights violations arise. While PRC shows not sign of relenting its crackdown against the group, Falun Gong movement has strengthened its position abroad. They can now freely criticize and report on the crackdown, and disseminate reports to the international community. |
