Abstrakt: This article discusses the components of a course for success in the new world of resource sharing. The components include: training, mentoring, and continuing education. Interlibrary loan (ILL) supervisors must receive solid training. Learning the mechanics of ILL is a must. Examining articles on mentoring can be helpful, since ILL staff and school librarians often share the common situation. In this world of rapid and frequent changes, continuing education is vital.
