| Abstrakt: |
The article presents a roadmap for the development of an agent-based information system for process improvement. There is a need to have intelligent systems in companies because the needs of customers are changing in the increasingly globalised and competitive environment. Without these tools it is difficult for them to even survive in the market. It enables managerial levels to use the tactical decision in a better way. It is always a challenge to implement an intelligent system in Small- and Medium-sized Enterprises. Therefore, there is a proposal for a new and simple approach with "process rethinking" ability to generate ongoing process improvements over time. |
