The article examines the partnership between the University of Hertfordshire (UH) with Dawson Books in England. The collaboration is designed to meet the demands of the college's library service provision. Through the assistance of Dawson Books, the book cataloging backlog of UH has been eliminated. The staffing resources for value-added library user support services have been realized. Dawson Books has been able to enhance their services, by understanding the needs and requirements of the libraries. |
