The article reflects on the author's philosophy on the first duty of school leaders which he got from an episode of Star Trek "The Next Generation." According to the author, School leaders must ponder upon the effect of decisions on school community. Philosophies must serve as guiding force that help leaders make decisions with the basis of sound criteria and to keep the school move forward. |
