The article discusses the upside-down library elections in the U.S. in 2023 wherein several libraries were on the ballot for critical measures that would change their governance or force them to close. Topics include referendum passed by the Sugar Grove Library District, Illinois, the lower rate of bonds for building projects approved by voters, and the most effective way to counter election misinformation. |
