Abstrakt: Supply chain resilience (SCRes) and performance are becoming more and more important. There is a growing awareness of advanced information processing technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) in building SCRe and improving supply chain performance (SCP). In this study, we investigated the direct and indirect effects of AI, SCRes, and SCP, in the context of supply chain dynamics and uncertainty. While we have Designed for the use of AI in the supply chain for information processing in an organization Theory (OIPT). The developed framework was evaluated using structural equations Modeling (SEM) approach. Survey data was collected from a variety of representative 75 companies. Our result in AI is recommended to use this information as it will directly affect the SCP in the short term. A processing function for creating SCRes for long-lived SCPs. This study is one of the first studies Providing empirical evidence to maximize the benefits of AI features Permanent SCP. Longitudinal studies can further expand and explore other aspects of the Phenomenon. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
