| Abstrakt: |
Examines the nature of the report as a kind of document within the scope of grey literature, records management, and administrative law. The special characteristics of little visibility, difficult access, and control have defined this type of document despite standardization efforts developed by ISO rules and adapted in Spain by UNE. Concludes that while there is a pretended lack of homogeneity, the report continues to be a high-information content document, quite useful for making decisions in any environment.
