This article discusses various issues related to CD-ROM imagery. CD-ROM systems for I&IM are analyzed. The article reports on a private study of corporate America conducted by a member of the EIM-SIG that has disclosed that the most commonly shared management problem at the chairman and CEO level relates to information needed to exercise control.
