The project entitled design and construction of a thermoforming prototype for agglomerated materials, was carried out in order to build a machine capable of applying a force of 294,300N (newton) equivalent to 30 TON (tons) and enough heat to raise the temperature to a maximum of 200°C (degrees Celsius), on a mold for the formation of agglomerated materials, from agroindustrial waste with biodegradable binder. All this, with the objective of creating plates with an area of approximately 20cm (centimeters) x 20cm (inches) and a thickness of 1cm (1 inch), mathematically calculating the variables that will influence the manufacturing process of the material, to finally build the equipment and verify its correct operation.
