Abstrakt:	This research aims to investigate the effect of knowledge management, skills, and attitudes on employee performance at Telkom Bandung Education Foundation. This study using quantitative methods with multiple linear descriptive analysis. Regression analysis, and non-probability sampling with saturated sampling type. The number of respondents in this study was 77 respondents. Research conducted by researchers shows that there is a significant effect of knowledge management to skills, attitudes and employee performance at Telkom Bandung Education Foundation.
